When a tribunal hearing cannot be avoided, having experienced representation makes a material difference to the outcome. Tribunal proceedings are formal, adversarial and governed by rules of procedure that can disadvantage employers who are unfamiliar with the process. Our team represents employers before the Industrial Tribunal, the Fair Employment Tribunal and the Industrial Court, supporting them through every stage of the hearing.
