Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Any queries regarding booking should be directed to John Gibson at john@eefni.org.
2. Where not confirmed at the point of booking, the Organisation must confirm the following no later than 14 days prior to the Conference:
   1. The name of all delegates attending
   2. The email contact details for each delegate
   3. Whether any delegate has any dietary requirements or requires any reasonable adjustments
3. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment or a PO number.
4. Cancellations / non-attendance will be charged as follows:
   1. Cancellation 1–14 days before the Conference: 100% of the delegate fee
   2. Cancellation 15–45 days before the Conference: 50% of the delegate fee
5. We will be unable to facilitate any booking where there is an outstanding payment or no official promissory note of payment (e.g. PO).
6. The Conference presentations delivered by Employers Federation, and all associated documentation, remain the property of Employers Federation and may not be shared, distributed, copied, reproduced, or reused without prior permission.
7. Any personal information requested is for the purposes of complying with legitimate interests and our legal obligations to delegates. The information will be shared with the venue on a “need to know” basis. Such information will be retained for no longer than 3 months following the Conference.
